We are seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies and will be responsible for managing and improving our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize application performance.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and scalability.
• Ensure effective version control and collaboration using tools like Git.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release cycles and integration processes.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

As a Laravel Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team in building, maintaining, and scaling high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. You will oversee technical aspects of projects, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the direction of our projects and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Laravel.
• Architect complex systems and ensure that design patterns and best practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency across the team.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and milestones.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

Mentorship & Team Development:

• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them to overcome challenges and enhance their skills.
• Promote best practices and contribute to the team’s overall growth and development.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, risks, and issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Laravel and web development.
• Propose and implement improvements to development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and practices, including security and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Experience:
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role with a strong focus on Laravel.
• Extensive experience in PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and how they integrate with back-end systems.

• Expertise in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
