🔍 Role Overview
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to help maintain and improve the overall quality of our Laravel-based product. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product-based environments like CRM, ERP, or Payment Gateway systems — and is confident working with Laravel Core + FilamentPHP.
This role includes manual testing, quality process ownership, code-level QA checks, and actively suggesting improvements that enhance product stability, performance, and user experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
-Own the quality of the product across development, staging, and release phases.
-Write and execute detailed test plans and checklists.
-Perform manual and automated testing of APIs, modules, and dashboards.
-Review code-level output to ensure clean, testable, and complete implementations (no broken validations, missing error handling, etc.).
-Run smoke, regression, and sanity tests before every release.
-Validate key platform areas including:
-Auth & Permission Logic
-Store & Company Setup
-Currency & Payment Provider Mapping
-API Mode vs Checkout Flow
-Provide proactive suggestions to improve quality in:
-Validation flows
-User experience gaps
-Edge case handling
-Data integrity checks
-Document bugs, raise flags early, and ensure sprint-level quality checkpoints.
-Help evolve testing processes and coverage as the product scales.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
-2+ years of QA experience with Laravel product-based applications.
-Comfortable testing applications built on Laravel + Filament.
Strong knowledge of:
-Laravel routes, controllers, requests, and validation
-FilamentPHP resource structures, forms, and dashboards
-API testing (Postman, Swagger)
-SQL for test data setup and verification
-Experience with:
-PHPUnit / PestPHP
-Git version control
-Agile project tools (ClickUp, Jira)Location: Adajan, Surat.
