OkButFirst Coffee is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) coffee brand built around educating consumers, personalizing their purchase journey, and driving recurring revenue through subscriptions.

The challenge
Most D2C coffee brands launch on Shopify with a standard theme and hope for the best. OkButFirst had a bigger ambition, and a specific set of problems to solve:
